The students who wish to register for the Conference are required to send a photocopy of valid student proof along with their registration form.
Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund in case of cancellation. Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the Conference. Please carry your photo id card for security reasons.
Foreign delegates need valid passport & visa. They should ensure early registration & they will receive an acknowledgment letter.
Requirement for Indian Citizen :-
Indian nationals do not require a visa to enter Nepal. As per the Nepalese Immigration, Indian Nationals traveling to Nepal by air must posses any one of the following documents.
1. Passport
2. Election Commission Card
The registration fee can be paid via online mode only from our website through credit card/debit card and send the scanned copy of the registration form along with payment receipt through email at secretary@sperpharma.org
